What you’re buying

A digital download: a spreadsheet tracker (.xlsx) for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 UK tax years, a worked example file and a getting-started guide. Price: £17 including VAT at the standard rate, payable once via Stripe. Your Stripe receipt shows the VAT.

Not tax advice

The product is a record-keeping and estimating tool. It is not tax, legal or financial advice, does not submit anything to HMRC and is not Making Tax Digital software. Estimates depend on the information you enter and on published rates; HMRC’s calculation is final. You are responsible for your tax return. Check GOV.UK or speak to a qualified adviser if unsure.

Licence

You may use the files for your own records and those of your own business. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files or the download link.

Delivery

You’ll receive a download link immediately after payment.

Cancellations and refunds

No change-of-mind refunds. The product is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you would normally have 14 days to cancel. Before paying, you expressly request that we supply the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply begins. Supply begins when the download page is made available to you after payment, so from that point you cannot cancel and change-of-mind refunds are not available. We confirm your order, including this request and acknowledgement, in your order confirmation/receipt.

Faulty digital content. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose you made known to us, and as described. If it isn’t, tell us at samfisher@mobmodz.com. You’re entitled to a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is impossible, or we can’t do it within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you’re entitled to a price reduction, which can be up to a full refund. If digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content because we didn’t use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or pay compensation.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the price you paid. We are not liable for tax, penalties or interest arising from your return.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring claims in your local courts.
